It’s meaningful work, but we understand it can also be tough work with many responsibilities and decisions to juggle. That’s why we have 30 days vacation, flexible hours, remote friendly options and a family room to help find that perfect balance.

Like our users, we’re always learning. It has been part of our culture since day one. In fact, we insist on it. In a friendly way. It’s why we have our Babbel Academy to offer internal trainings like negotiation, presentation skills and more. Also, we do our annual Babbel Innovates, where Babbelonians team up to build a new product feature. We even have individual learning & developments budgets and, of course, every Babbelonian receives full access to Babbel & Babbel Live.

Berlin to New York, we’re over 750 friendly Babbelonians from over 65 nations. This is more than a fact - it’s our strength. Through weekly diversity discussions ‘Stranger Talks’, Community of Practice groups like the Femgineers, and regular social events, we encourage all to bring, share and celebrate their stories. Not just regardless of differing gender, background, sexuality or age, but because of it.
